Beginning January 1, 2026, our agency waiting list will be reopened. If you would like to request an application to pursue adoption either through CAS or out of state/embryo adoption, please complete the adoption inquiry form here. An application will be sent after January 1, 2026. Applications will be reviewed and accepted on a first come, first serve basis. At this time, we will only be accepting 7 applications for our waiting list and 5 for out of state/embryo adoption. 

Please note that all applications must be submitted for review by February 9, 2026, for this application cycle in order to attend our 2026 Home Study Orientation.
