Dear Birth Parent(s),
First off, we want to thank you for bringing a beautiful new life into this world and for selflessly considering adoption. Try as we might to understand, we cannot even begin to imagine the thoughts running through your head and the countless emotions you have experienced during this difficult time. Although we have never met, know that we have been praying for you and deeply admire your courage and the difficult decisions you are making out of love for your child.
When we married in 2010, we were so excited to begin our family. We love children and looked forward to having as many as we could and wanted to expand our family through adoption as well. We were blessed with our biological son in 2013, but have struggled with infertility for many years since his birth. Our love for children and families led us to become foster parents; however our hearts kept pulling us towards adoption. We are delighted to grow our family this way and our son couldn’t be more thrilled to one day have a new brother or sister.
We can give a child unconditional love and nurture them to be who they were created to be. Our family loves to spend time together! We enjoy walking and riding our bikes around town, going to the library to discover new books and movies, and taking yearly family vacations. Scott is a great dad because he has a wonderful sense of humor and loves to teach and impart his wisdom and knowledge. Samantha is a wonderful mom because she is very caring and devoted. She loves spending as much time as she can playing with our son.
If you choose us to raise your child, we promise to love your child with every fiber of our being. We will ensure your child knows the love you have for them. We will honor you in their life and if you desire, will keep you updated with pictures and letters in all that they do.
Thank you for again for choosing life for your child. Thank you for taking the time to read our letter and getting to know us a little better. We hope to have the chance to meet you someday and will continue to pray for you as you make these difficult decisions.
"We are beyond excited to be parents again. We love encouraging their learning, watching them grow and become their own person. We have a large, extended family that cannot wait to love on another child!"
