Please keep in mind that all waiting families are individual in their comfort level with various special needs and a child's ethnicity. Depending on the resources and culture of their community, they evaluate what they can best provide to a child. Families are committed to semi-open to open adoption and your caseworker will help you decide what you are comfortable with.
